Miscellaneous Commercial Projects

Helseth Construction completed the shell of this building for the Clear Creek Fire Authority. It's visible from I-70, 6 miles west of Idaho Springs, CO, in Dumont. This building's designer chose a look reminiscent of Clear Creek County's many historic mine buildings.
In the early 80s, we designed and built this enclosure for a concrete batch plant. Our work includes the white panels which are being painted to match the plant. This custom steel fabrication included a 60' x 20' "cap" for the aggregate bin (where the conveyor is headed). It was pre-assembled on the ground. When it was hoisted into place, the crane came and went in under two hours.
The plant's owner used to be Mobile PreMix Concrete, now a part of LaFarge Corp. We are still Helseth Construction.
This custom structure was another project for Mobile PreMix, enclosing a concrete reclaimer which centrifuged extra concrete into its component parts.
With framer Scott Engborg of Engborg Custom Carpentry, we framed the roof structure of this halfway shelter near the 8th green of the Country Club at Castle Pines, Castle Rock, CO.
